Serwer VPS do mailingu – dlaczego pierwszy z brzegu hosting to wyrzucenie pieniędzy w błoto?

VPS server for mailing – why is the first hosting that comes along a waste of money?

The decision has been made – you want to send professional cold emails. You already know you can't do it from your private Gmail, so you type "cheap VPS server" into a search engine, buy the first machine you find for a few dozen zlotys, and get to work.

A few hours pass, you start sending, and suddenly... a wall. Emails aren't going out, the account is suspended, and your money is gone. Sound familiar?

Choosing a server for B2B email marketing is a minefield. In this industry, more expensive doesn't necessarily mean better, and the most popular hosting companies are the worst possible choice. I'll show you what to watch out for and why 90% of servers on the internet are unsuitable for sending campaigns.

1. The trap of blocked Port 25 and strict terms and conditions

Port 25 is the door through which your server sends emails out into the world. Most large, well-known providers (especially the cheapest ones) weld these doors shut by default to protect themselves from spammers. Even if you ask technical support to unblock it, you'll usually hit a wall of procedures.

What's more, standard providers are terrified of email marketing. Their terms and conditions ("Anti-Spam Policies") are written in such a way that they can block your server after the first major send — even if you're doing 100% legal B2B Cold Mailing and not breaking the law. They block the machine, delete data, and don't refund your money.

2. Clean IP (Internet Gold) and RBL blacklists

Your server's IP address is your digital reputation. When you buy a random VPS, you get a "recycled" IP. If the previous owner of that address sent scams, viruses, or plain SPAM from it, that address is on global blacklists (known as RBL – Real-time Blackhole List).

By sending an email from a dirty IP, you're guaranteed that Gmail or Outlook will immediately put your message into the SPAM folder or reject it entirely. Finding a provider that offers crystal-clear IP pools is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

3. rDNS (PTR) record – essential

I've written about this in previous guides, but I'll remind you: rDNS is "reverse DNS." It's a server setting that proves to anti-spam filters that your server truly represents your domain. Without it, your emails are treated as fakes. The problem is that many cheap providers don't even offer the technical possibility to set an rDNS record! You buy a server and then find out it's useless for mailing.

4. Understanding Support and the Illusion of Price (from $3 to $300)

On the internet, you'll find servers for $3 and others for $300 a month. The paradox is that spending $300 gives you NO guarantee of deliverability. The day after launching an expensive campaign, an automatic system at a hosting giant might deem you a threat and simply pull the plug.

That's why, in this industry, the key is not the price of the machine, but understanding human support that knows what Cold Mailing is, allows you to send legal campaigns, and helps solve problems when they arise, instead of immediately deleting your account. Unfortunately, you won't find such support with large corporations.

We tested everything. And we found a solution.

Over the years, we burned thousands of dollars testing small, medium, cheapest, and most expensive providers on the market. Finally, we found the perfect partner.

We cooperate with a trusted data center that understands email marketing and is "Mailing-Friendly." They meet all the absolutely crucial points: open port 25, perfectly clean IP pools, full rDNS record support, and human, helpful support that won't block you simply for carrying out legal mailings.

We decided to make this infrastructure available to our clients.

We offer a professional VPS server for mailing. This fee guarantees you access to technical facilities fully sufficient to send a practically unlimited number of emails (you are only limited by common sense and the pace of building domain reputation). This is a machine with ample power ideal for a small or medium-sized company that wants to stably acquire leads.

Technical Specification (What you get):

  • High-performance processor: 1 Intel Xeon @ 2.0 GHz+ core

  • Operating memory: 2 GB guaranteed RAM

  • Ultra-fast disk: 30 GB NVMe storage space

  • Bandwidth: Unmetered Bandwidth

  • Network: Shared 1 Gb/s network port

  • System: Latest Debian 13 (Linux) installed

  • Access: Full administrative access (Root SSH Access)

  • Mail configuration: Guarantee of clean IP, open port 25, and full rDNS record setup capability.

Subscription is renewed monthly with easy extension.

⚠️ Important technical note: The server you receive is "clean" and raw. This means it does not have a graphical administration panel for amateurs (we don't install "bloatware" there). It requires self-installation of mail software (e.g., Postfix) via SSH console. This is equipment for people who want full control over their mailings.

Do you want to stop fighting windmills and start sending emails like a professional? Order our machine now. If you need different parameters, write to us.
